Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each service shows its own cancellation terms before you pay, and those terms are saved with your booking. Unless a service states otherwise, the standard terms are:

| When you cancel (before the scheduled time) | Refund of amount paid | | --- | --- | | 7 days or more | 90% | | 3 to 7 days | 50% | | Less than 3 days | No refund |

• Request cancellation from your booking page. Requests are reviewed by our team.
• If DevMandir or the Pandit cancels, you receive a full refund.
• Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method through our payment partner. Bank processing times vary.
• Reschedule requests depend on the Pandit's availability and are not guaranteed.
