What we collect

• Your mobile number, used to sign you in with a one-time password.
• Booking details, and the Sankalp details a ritual needs (for example a name or gotra).
• Payment status from our payment partner. We do not store card or UPI credentials.

How Sankalp details are protected

Sankalp details are encrypted at rest, shown only to the Pandit performing your ritual and to authorised staff when needed, and never included in URLs, analytics or SMS. Staff access is logged.

Sharing

We share only what is needed: booking details with the assigned Pandit, payment details with our payment partner, and SMS delivery with our SMS provider.

Your choices

You can update your profile and request deletion of your account through Support.
