This policy describes how puja, chadhava and related seva booked on DevMandir are performed and how we communicate completion.
You book a ritual to be performed by the named Pandit at the location shown on the listing (temple, shrine or other stated place). DevMandir coordinates scheduling, Sankalp transmission and status updates; the Pandit performs the ritual according to the listing description.
Dates and times are shown in Indian Standard Time. Listings may require advance notice so the Pandit can prepare materials. Your booking shows confirmed or expected timing when assigned.
You provide names and other details requested on the booking form. The Pandit uses them during the Sankalp portion of the ritual. Verify spelling before submitting; changes close to the ritual date may not be possible.
Where a listing includes photos or video of the ritual, the Pandit uploads materials after review by DevMandir. Availability, angle and quality depend on temple rules and practical conditions. If evidence is not listed as included, it is not promised.
DevMandir does not claim to ship prasad, ashes or other physical offerings unless the specific listing or add-on explicitly includes delivery with stated logistics and timelines. Generic marketing must not be read as a promise of postal prasad.
A booking is marked complete after the Pandit confirms performance and any included evidence is published or shared per the listing. Support is available if you believe the service was not performed as described.
Temple closures, weather, local restrictions or safety events may require rescheduling. We will work with the Pandit to offer the next reasonable slot or a refund if the service cannot be delivered.
